A client interaction is about more than just taking a request. It involves understanding the full context: technical challenges, deadlines, organizational structure, human expectations, and the level of expertise required.
It is this attentiveness that enables our business, recruitment, and talent acquisition teams to propose relevant solutions tailored to real-world conditions and to identify qualified candidates.
11:30 a.m. – Staying connected to the field
Whether it’s a site visit, a client meeting, a discussion with a staff member on assignment, or exploring a new industrial environment, being on the ground remains essential.
It is often on site that needs become more concrete and priorities become clearer.
2:00 p.m. – Coordinate and move forward
The afternoon continues with a variety of topics:
