The day begins with an update on urgent matters, ongoing projects, and upcoming meetings.
Whether it’s assessing a client’s needs, launching a project, following up on a task, or preparing for an opportunity, every morning calls for a systematic approach and quick thinking.
No two days are ever quite the same.

10:00 a.m. – Understanding Customer Needs

A client interaction is about more than just taking a request. It involves understanding the full context: technical challenges, deadlines, organizational structure, human expectations, and the level of expertise required.
It is this attentiveness that enables our business, recruitment, and talent acquisition teams to propose relevant solutions tailored to real-world conditions and to identify qualified candidates.

11:30 a.m. – Staying connected to the field

Whether it’s a site visit, a client meeting, a discussion with a staff member on assignment, or exploring a new industrial environment, being on the ground remains essential.
It is often on site that needs become more concrete and priorities become clearer.

2:00 p.m. – Coordinate and move forward

The afternoon continues with a variety of topics:

tracking ongoing projects
search for new talent
preparation of bids
internal coordination
customer support
development of new opportunities

This job requires both precision and flexibility.

4:00 p.m. – Adapting to the unexpected

In industry, schedules change quickly, needs shift, and emergencies arise.

Before wrapping up the day: follow-ups, reports, tasks for the next day, and tracking priorities.
