AMEG is excited to support the sportsman in this stage of his ambitious journey. Through meetings and a series of articles on automotive topics, we will get to know Aurélien Panis better. It will also be an opportunity to fully immerse oneself in motor sport, where technique and innovation are paramount.
Aurélien Panis, car driver
To begin with, let our friend introduce himself.
"Hello everyone,
I am Aurélien Panis, I am 27 years old and I am a racing driver.
I started karting at the age of 13. At the age of 16, I started my racing career and took part in the French F4 championship where I finished tenth. I then competed in single-seaters, in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, in Formula Renault 2.0 Alps up to the antechamber of Formula 1: the Formula Renault 3.5. In 2016, I finished fifth in the European Championship where I won twice, in Spain and Austria. I am now competing in the European GT Championship with Audi Sport.
I am also taking part in the Andros Trophy, a car racing championship on ice, for the fourth year in a row. Champion in 2019-2020 of the first 100% electric edition of the e-Trophée Andros, and runner-up last year, in 2021. I would like to win my title again this year with the Sainteloc Racing team.
Joining the AMEG Group team is a way for me to create a partnership with a company that resembles me. Ambition, commitment, personal achievement and performance are all AMEG values that I share in motor sport.
Throughout the winter, I will have the pleasure of helping you discover the technical aspects of Andros racing and sharing my adventure with you.
See you soon, Aurélien Panis
AMEG Group, partner of Aurélien Panis
Aurélien Panis' participation in the Andros Trophy will indeed remain in the annals and forever linked to the history of the championship. In his first participation in 2019, he won at the wheel of an electric car against competitors in thermal cars. The following year, the Andros Trophy (link to article) went all-electric. Today, it is the world's largest ice racing competition, with 100% electric cars with four-wheel drive and steering.
Accompanying Aurélien Panis in his sporting exploits is meaningful for our company. AMEG Group, a consulting and technical assistance company in automotive engineering, is committed to putting its skills, responsibilities and know-how at the service of ever more innovative ambitions and projects.
Our partnership is an exchange between a pioneering engineering company and a committed individual. We pursue the same ideal of progress and share common values of team spirit, performance and innovation.
We wish Aurélien Panis the success he deserves.
