EQUITEAM, AMEG Group's CSR policy

AMEG Group is committed to its employees on a daily basis. In particular, the company has set up the EQUITEAM program, a call for applications from all its teams. Employees are invited to present their project, or the association in which they are involved, in order to obtain support from AMEG.

It was important for the company to create a collective and human experience for all its members. EQUITEAM was born with this in mind.

The values of commitment and proximity are paramount. They have always been a driving force behind AMEG's support initiatives. Children, gender equality and the environment are the areas targeted for action and solidarity.

This is precisely why AMEG supports Maëla's association.

Maëla's project, recruitment manager at AMEG Group

Maëla is based in the Nantes offices of AMEG Atlantic, one of ten centers of expertise in industrial engineering in France and Switzerland. She handles recruitment for manufacturers in the north-western quarter of France.

In parallel with her professional career, she devotes herself to the plastic arts and practices engraving with the TWO POINTS association.

The TWO POINTS association

Founded in 2002, the TWO POINTS association supports the projects of two artists, Kelig Hayel and Sébastien Lemazurier. The former uses drawing, books and installations as narrative vehicles. The latter creates performances, actions and installations in public places.

In addition to their artistic work, they develop mediation and awareness-raising initiatives, which are an integral part of their approach. They offer workshops in public places such as libraries, hospitals and Instituts d'Éducation Motrice, as well as at the association's own site, Le Pavillon, located in the Bottière priority district of Nantes.

Le Pavillon is a place dedicated to the visual arts, an experimental space that links professional and amateur artistic practices. Fully integrated into the neighborhood, it plays an active role in its dynamism by setting up times for meetings, sharing, exchanges and participatory proposals for local residents.

Le Pavillon offers unique exhibitions and regularly invites artists in residence. Its many partners include the FRAC des Pays de Loire, a number of Nantes-based galleries and the Maison de l'Architecture.

One of its objectives is therefore to combine the amateur practice space with the artist-in-residence workshop and exhibition space, to reinforce the singularity and spirit of the workshops offered to the public. The site also houses a visual arts documentation collection open to students and local residents.

Support from AMEG Group

Maëla has been involved with Two Points since 2018, promoting its mediation activities.

The association needs financial support for its work with all 9 first-year classes in the Bottière and Urbain Le Verrier schools, located in the priority district of Nantes.

These students are invited to visit five exhibitions with a 45-minute mediation session. The event supported by AMEG Group is a visit to the "Paysages intérieurs" exhibition by the artists behind the project, Kelig Hayel and Sébastien Lemazurier, between December 06, 2023 and January 20, 2024. First-year students will also benefit from a one-hour practical workshop in January with each of the two artists behind the project. At the end of this field trip, the children will show their own work created during the workshops.

Visiting exhibitions gives children the opportunity to discover a place, works and artists. It allows them to question the world of art, to meet artists and freely discuss their approaches, to understand how they work on a project, and the techniques they use.

In addition to educating the eye and developing critical thinking skills, contemporary plastic art provides an opportunity to work with these children in an inclusive way. It becomes a source of social connection, openness and questioning about the world.
